These provide companies with a clean, effective and environmentally friendly means of removing and preventing lime scale build-up. Advances in micro-electronics have enabled Progressive to produce a system which is so compact that it can be installed in small or normally inaccessible spaces. Ideal for commercial applications such as laundries, hotels, garages, dentists, correctional centers, restaurants and bakeries.

The Progressive Commercial Series is available in drip proof (PC models) or weatherproof (PCN models) enclosures. It is suitable for all types of pipe material up to 4" in diameter.

The Progressive Industrial Series is available in four models to accomodate line sizes from 2" to 40" and a wide range of TDS and hardness conditions.

The ionic field built up in a physical water treatment system focuses immeidiately and specifically on calcium and magnesium crystals which compose the greatest portion of the impurities in most process water. These crystals are altered in shape by the ionic charge applied increasing their solubility and remain suspended in the water flow instead of forming layers of scale deposits on heat transfer surfaces. At blowdown, discharge, or filtration, the dissolved and suspended solids are removed from solution. Progressive's patented design eliminates any electrical stray current making is safe, reliable, and effective.

The Progressive Process Water Treatment System has three main components

  • Descaler to remove and prevent scale.
  • Filtration to remove suspended solids.
  • Biocides (if necessary) to prevent algae and bacteria.
